What to write to us about
- Calculation problems. If a chart looks wrong, please send the birth date, time and place you entered, what the calculator showed and what you expected. We check every report against our reference tests and publish fixes on the method page.
- Corrections to the guides. If you think a translation or a statement in one of our guides is inaccurate, tell us which page and why. Sources are especially welcome.
- Privacy requests. See the privacy policy. We do not store the birth details you enter in the calculator, so there is normally nothing for us to delete.
- Other enquiries. Partnerships, permissions and press.
We usually reply within a few working days. We do not offer personal readings or predictions by email; please see our disclaimer.
